I have emailed about this too but I wondered if it would be quicker to ask in the forum instead.
Basically this is my first time of getting a payment. I had a balance of £22.49 the other day so I requested it. However instead of going down to zero my balance then went down to £8.14 which would suggest to me that I will only recieve a cheque for £15 and not the £22.49 I was trying to access.
Is this just the way that this site works i.e payments are only given in £15 increments or have I done something wrong, havent filled in the right info etc when I've entered my account details.
Any info would be great.

When you submitted the claim there is a drop down thing that you can choose how much you get, from £15 onwards in amounts of £5 etc. E.G. £15, £20 etc hope this helps.
