How do I get my payment?

Finally reached £15 and can't remember how to claim it. it's been such a long time since the last payout Shocked

I think there used to be something at the bottom of a page saying of payment was over £15 click the link, but that's gone now... can some one tell me how I can transfer my dosh to paypal please?
